Iglisi Watch is a family-owned watch repair, key cutting, and watch retail business in Durrës, Albania, serving customers since 2002. We offer precision watch repair, battery replacement, strap and bracelet services, watch glass replacement, key cutting, and the sale of brand-new watches sourced from authorised dealers. All services and sales are conducted exclusively in person at our Durrës workshop.

Iglisi Watch is an independent retailer. We are not an official agent, authorised dealer, or affiliated entity of any watch brand listed on this Website. Watch brand names, model names, and reference numbers are used solely for descriptive identification purposes. All trademarks and brand names remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
9.2 Product Authenticity & Condition
All watches listed for sale on this Website are:
- Brand new and unused at the time of listing
- Sourced from authorised distributors or dealers — we do not purchase from unofficial, grey-market, or unverified sources
- Genuine products of the stated brand and model — we do not sell counterfeit or replica watches
9.3 Pricing
Prices displayed on this Website are in Euro (EUR). Prices are indicative and subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your enquiry or in-store visit is the binding sale price. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Website at any time.

9.5 Availability
Watch listings on this Website reflect our available stock to the best of our ability but are not updated in real time. A watch shown on the Website may have been sold by the time you visit or enquire. We reserve the right to withdraw any listing at any time without notice and accept no liability for disappointment or costs incurred if a listed item is no longer available.
9.6 Returns & Refunds
All in-person watch sales are final once the buyer has inspected and accepted the item at the point of sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds after a sale has been completed, except where:
- The watch is proven to be counterfeit or materially misdescribed; or
- Required by mandatory consumer protection provisions under Albanian law.

9.7 Manufacturer's Warranty
Brand-new watches may include a manufacturer's warranty where provided by the brand. Iglisi Watch makes no independent warranty in addition to those provided by the manufacturer.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
The competent court for any disputes arising from or related to the use of this Website or these Terms shall be the Durrës District Court (Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Durrës), unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence, where mandatory consumer protection laws may apply.
