- Multi-stage professional cleaning: an ultrasonic bath followed by multiple rinses to remove every trace of old oil
- Reassembly with specific lubricants: each lubrication point receives the correct type and amount of oil for its function
- Balance regulation: the oscillation rate is measured on timing equipment and adjusted for the best accuracy the movement allows
- Full wind-and-run test: the watch is fully wound and monitored over several days to verify power reserve and accuracy over time

Every service carried out by Iglisi Watch is covered by a 3-month guarantee on the work done. If the watch develops a problem directly related to the service we performed, we take it back and put it right at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover impact damage, drops, water ingress after collection, or normal wear.
On parts: we use components of a quality appropriate to the value of the watch. For branded watches, when available, we use original or certified-compatible parts. We always state this in the quote.
