How long does a battery replacement take?
Under 2 minutes for most watches. Walk in, hand it over, and it’s done before most people finish choosing a strap from the display. We test the watch and reset the time before we hand it back.
Do I need an appointment?
No - walk-ins are always welcome. We work on a first-come, first-served basis. Batteries, strap changes, and key cutting are done immediately. Full mechanical services may require leaving the watch with us for 1–3 days.
What watch brands do you work on?
All brands - quartz and mechanical, fashion and Swiss, vintage and modern. If it has a battery, a movement, or a strap, we can work on it. Bring it in and we’ll give you an honest assessment on the spot.
Can you cut all types of keys?
We cut standard house and door keys, office and cabinet keys, and high-security blanks. Car and transponder keys are not available - those require specialist automotive equipment we don’t carry.
How long does a full watch service take?
Quartz movement diagnosis and repairs are typically done the same day. Mechanical and automatic overhauls take 1–3 days depending on parts availability. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start - no surprises.
