What Happens After You Order

Once you message us on WhatsApp with the model you want, we confirm that the piece is available and send you a photo of the actual unit if you request it. There is no deposit and no payment upfront. We agree on a collection or delivery arrangement, and you pay when the watch is in your hands.

For customers in Tirana, the most common arrangement is one of two things: you visit us in Durrës (40 minutes by highway, free parking outside the workshop), or we arrange a handoff through a trusted courier to a location convenient for you. We discuss this on WhatsApp before anything is confirmed - there is no automated system, no checkout form, and no commitment until you are satisfied with the plan.

Turnaround from message to delivery depends on logistics, but most Tirana customers have their watch within 1–3 days of first contact. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes.

What You Cannot Find in Tirana That You Can Find Here

General jewellery shops and watch retailers in Tirana stock international brands at international prices, typically import-taxed Swiss and German marques that start at several hundred euros. The budget end of the Tirana market is dominated by low-quality Asian brands sold at street stalls and markets, with no guarantee and no after-sales support.

Navimarine and Hislon occupy a gap between those two worlds. Both are genuine watch brands with real quality control, real warranty programmes, and real after-sales support. Hislon is a Swiss brand with movements assembled in Switzerland. Navimarine is a dedicated sports and everyday watch brand with stainless steel cases and mineral crystal across the range. Neither is sold in Tirana shops. Iglisi Watch is the Albanian stockist.

If you want a brand-new watch with a 1-year guarantee at a price between €55 and €199, that is not import-taxed to double its value, bought from a business that has been in operation since 2009 and will still be here when the warranty matters - there is currently no option in Tirana that competes with what we offer.

Buying a Watch as a Gift for Someone in Tirana

This is one of the most common requests we handle. Someone in Durrës or abroad wants to send a watch to a recipient in Tirana. The process is the same: browse the stock online, message us, and we arrange delivery to the recipient’s address or a convenient handoff point. Payment can be arranged in advance from the gift-giver.
