What you should expect is the price: those watches carry import duty wherever they are sold in Albania, and the entry point is several hundred euros before you have looked at anything with a complication.
The bottom of the market is the other extreme. Unbranded pieces on market stalls and in phone-accessory shops, sold with no guarantee, no papers and nobody to go back to when the crown pulls out in the third month. We see those on the bench often enough to know how they end, and the parts to repair them do not exist.
