What does a full watch service include?
A full mechanical service includes disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of all parts, inspection, replacement of worn components, lubrication, reassembly, timing regulation, and a water-resistance test. Quartz service covers diagnosis, circuit testing, battery replacement if needed, and adjustment.
How long does watch repair take?
Quartz movement diagnosis and simple repairs are typically done the same day. Full mechanical and automatic overhauls take 1–3 days depending on parts availability. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start — no surprises.
Do you repair all watch brands?
Yes — quartz and mechanical, fashion and Swiss, vintage and modern, all brands. If it has a movement, we can work on it. Bring it in and we’ll give you an honest assessment on the spot.
How much does watch repair cost?
From €15 for quartz diagnosis and basic repairs. Full mechanical overhauls vary depending on the watch and parts needed. We always quote before we start — you decide whether to proceed.
How do I know if my watch needs servicing?
Common signs: losing or gaining time after a fresh battery, stopping intermittently, crown feeling stiff or loose, visible moisture under the crystal, or any impact to the watch. If you’re unsure, bring it in — we’ll look at it for free.
Do I need an appointment?
No — walk-ins are always welcome. Quartz repairs are often done the same day. For full mechanical overhauls, you’ll leave the watch with us for 1–3 days and we’ll contact you when it’s ready.
