Iglisi Watch is a workshop in Durrës, and a great many of the watches we sell leave it in a courier van. You look at the stock here, send one WhatsApp, and the box arrives at your door in Tirana, Shkodër, Sarandë or wherever you happen to live. You pay the courier at that point, not before.

What Happens After You Order
We check the piece is on the shelf and send you a photograph of the actual unit if you ask for one. There is no deposit, no transfer and no card details, and there is no field anywhere on this site that would take a card number. Once you are happy we book the courier.
Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 days. The courier hands you the box, you open it and look at it properly, and you pay him in cash if you are satisfied. If you are not, hand it straight back without paying: that costs you nothing and there is no obligation of any kind. Paying the courier is not the end of it either. You have 30 days to bring the watch back to the shop, unworn and in its box, for an exchange or a refund, and the 1-year guarantee runs from the date of purchase on top of any manufacturer warranty.
Three Watches That Travel Well
These are the pieces that go out to other cities most often, and the ones that come back least.
The Navimarine Steel 5ATM Blue at 75 euro (7,300 L) is the one that travels most: stainless steel case, deep blue sunburst dial with Roman numeral markers, date at 3, 5 ATM water resistance and a solid brushed steel bracelet. It photographs the way it looks, which is most of why it is rarely refused at the door.
The Daniel Klein Premium Roman DK.1.14173-1 at 69 euro (6,700 L) is the gift order: cream dial, black Roman numerals, blued hands, a small date window and a five-link steel bracelet. It looks dearer than it is, which is the whole job of a present.
At the top of the counter, the Hislon Classic CL213S-02SS at 199 euro (19,300 L): fluted bezel, horizontal-stripe silver dial, sapphire crystal and a date window. It goes out on exactly the same terms as a 50 euro watch, cash at the door and nothing before.

The workshop is on Rruga Aleksander Goga in Durrës, open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 to 20:30, no appointment. Putting two watches side by side on a counter is the one thing a photograph has never done well, and it costs you nothing to come and look. One thing worth knowing wherever you buy: a steel bracelet comes long and we take links out free at the counter. If you ordered online and the courier brought it to your door, you are still welcome to walk in and have it sized. That is a reason to buy from a workshop rather than a caveat about buying online.
